Job Description: Run daily behavioral experiments. Write small scripts for the IntelliCage data to develop an automated measure of drinking behavior in mice.

Research Interest: Investigating the influence of neuronal nicotinic-acetylcholine receptors for the treatment of alcohol addiction using behavioral experiments and micro dialysis. Standardizing an automated measure of drinking behavior in mice that could potentiate a faster method for pre-clinical compound screening. I am very interested like everyone in the lab to see how research from the bench gets translated into therapeutic solutions.
