Job Description: With my extensive experience in molecular biology, my projects entail cloning and establishing stable cell lines to study the expression of CRF-BP, Mu, Delta, and Kappa Opioid receptors. I am also responsible for running the Influx cell sorter for the Gallo Center.

Research Interests: Our lab is interested in studying the CRF-BP and we hypothesize that the binding of CRF-BP to CRF is essential for CRF-R2 activation. Another interest of our lab is to study GPCR's, specifically the Mu, Kappa, and Delta opioid receptor heterodimers.
